About the Festival
Starting in 2012, the Lake Effect Improv Festival invites short-form and long-form improv troupes from Ohio and beyond to join IMPROVment for a weekend full of workshops and improvisation. Together all the troupes hold a performance for the CWRU campus. Lake Effect is our largest event of the year and continually draws crowds numbering in the hundreds. Like all our shows, the festival is free and open to the public.
